Job Position: Quality Assurance and Control Officer (Fiber Operations)

Reporting to: Head Infrastructure Quality
Travel Frequency: As Required
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Weekdays

Purpose of the Job

• Ensure quality assurance and control of outside plant fiber activities, contributing to overall quality objectives of the Infrastructure Division and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Deliverables

• Quality Assurance and Compliance of Outside Plant Deployments and Operations
• Periodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and Records
• Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Participate in all training requirements of the Division.

Requirements / Demonstrate (Key Competencies)

• Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills: B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering, CFOT certification preferred, good knowledge of fiber deployments, civil works, and materials standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Visio, and GIS.
• Work Experience: 3 years in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD/GIS.
