Our new products coming out are poundo yam, potato flour, unripe plantain flour and nobex garri. Nobex food products are free from additives, making them a safe and nutritious meal for consumption.

Job Description

1. Performing quality check on various samples collected and ensuring it conforms to the quality standard

2. Ensuring that products meet both the external and internal quality requirement including legal compliance as well as consumer expectations

3. Keep detailed records of product or manufacturing issues in order to eliminate recurring problems

4. Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of the products

5. Test food products and packaging materials to ensure that they comply with established safety standards

6. Examine samples to identify cell structures or to locate bacterial or extraneous material

7. Test food to determine physical and chemical characteristics

8. Ensure food products are fit for distribution

Job Requirements

1. First Degree in Food science and Technology, microbiology, chemistry

2. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

3. Good manufacturing practices

4. Must have good analytical and communication skills

5. Minimum of 2 years experience in a chemical or microbiology laboratory
