Job Description

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team. Renowned for our commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in clothing manufacturing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Inspection and Evaluation:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming clothing shipments to ensure they meet established quality standards. Evaluate garments for defects related to stitching, fabric quality, and overall workmanship.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document inspection results, providing clear and detailed feedback to suppliers and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Sampling and Testing: Implement effective sampling procedures to assess the quality of random selections from production batches. - Conduct fabric testing, colorfastness checks, and other relevant quality assessments.
• Training and Guidance: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards. - Offer guidance to ensure the integration of quality measures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaboration with Suppliers: Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturers, communicating quality expectations and specifications. Provide constructive feedback on recurring quality issues, fostering a partnership for continuous improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Work collaboratively with production teams to address and resolve identified problems.
• Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control within the clothing or textile industry.
• In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and quality assurance methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
