Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, ingredients, and finished dishes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Perform sensory evaluations (taste, smell, texture, appearance) to assess food quality and authenticity.
• Inspect food storage, handling, and preparation areas to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor and report on food temperatures, storage conditions, and expiration dates.
• Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control checks, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and excellence.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-4 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
