Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying experience with a reputable Company.
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Construction Costing Softwares
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
• Certified membership of NIQS, QSRBN and other Professional bodies is an added advantage
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
• Core Quantity Surveying measuring skills.
• Knowledge of financial and budgetary processes.
