We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Scruitinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Keeping tracks on materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travelling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field
• Master's Degree is an added advantage
• Ability to organize, plan and strategize.
• Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
• Sound knowledge of construction
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Great networking abilities.
