Our Mission and Vision is to give our Clients a fulfilling real estate experience, no matter their level of income. We are currently selling out estate plots in 5of our estates located within Abuja. We are also passionate about the well-being of our staffs as our policies are tailored according to international best labour practices.

Job Position: Real Estate Marketing Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative real estate marketing strategies to deliver the company's profit and sales target.
  • Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on profitability of investment to potential clients.
  • Optimize the use of social media/LinkedIn for potential client sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and channel partners.
  • Achieve Sales projections for the company.
  • Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.

Job Requirements.

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA in any field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
  • Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
  • Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
  • Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N70,000 - N120,000 / Month.
