1.) Product Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Product Manager defines product vision and roadmap, working cross-functionally with other stakeholders to launch products that meet market needs. Focuses on user feedback, market trends, and business goals to drive product success.

Responsibilities


  • Evaluates the effectiveness of product roll outs, focusing on launch timeliness, cross-functional preparedness, and overall market impact.
  • Measures customer perceptions of product usability, functionality, and value based on direct feedback.
  • Tracks user onboarding, activation, and engagement levels to determine how quickly and broadly customers embrace the product.
  • Assesses the product’s contribution to financial performance through new revenue, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitors the on-time completion of planned features and strategic initiatives in alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) is an added advantage.

2.) Team Lead, Growth & Digital Marketing

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Team Lead, Growth & Digital Marketing leads the digital marketing team in developing and executing strategies across social media, content, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing and drives brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue through data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Measures how effectively digital channels convert visitors into leads or customers.
  • Assesses the volume and quality of leads generated through digital channels and their impact on the sales pipeline.
  • Tracks repeat engagement, churn rate, and digital touchpoint effectiveness in retaining customers.
  • Monitors bounce rates, time on page, and form completion rates to evaluate campaign-specific pages.
  • Analyzes which digital touchpoints contribute most to conversions using first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Measures revenue generated from digital campaigns relative to total campaign costs.
  • Tracks email open rates, click through rates, conversion rates, along with keyword rankings and organic traffic to measure channel effectiveness.
  • Evaluates likes, shares, comments, and other interaction metrics across platforms to gauge audience engagement.
  • Monitors social media reach, website traffic, and search engine visibility to assess overall brand exposure.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Marketing, Digital marketing, Communications or any relate field
  • MBA, Nigerian Institute of Marketing or any certifications in digital marketing will be an added advantage

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

3.) Operational Risk Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Operational Risk Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting operational and IT-related risks across the organization.
  • The role ensures that appropriate controls and frameworks are in place to minimize losses, enhance business resilience, and support compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Operational Risk and Control Framework (ORCF) in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across business, operations, and IT functions to identify control gaps and emerging risks.
  • Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), operational losses, and incidents to management for proactive risk mitigation.
  • Investigate operational incidents, process failures, and system disruptions, ensuring proper root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
  • Support the development, testing, and review of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal control functions to ensure full compliance with operational and IT risk requirements.
  • Provide risk advisory input on new products, processes, and technology initiatives prior to implementation.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture through regular engagement, communication, and training for staff across all levels.
  • Maintain an updated risk register and prepare timely reports for senior management and Board Risk Committees.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management tools, methodologies, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational risk management, internal control, or audit within financial services.
  • Professional certification or progress in ERM, ORM, CRISC, ISO 31000, or similar is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of CBN regulations, Basel II/III, and IT/cyber risk principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management tools/software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
