Gafford Property & Homes is a fast growing real estate company that specializes in real estate developments, buying, selling and management of various real estate investments for clients and investors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Locations: Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the sales activities of the company.
• Independently generate sales leads for the company and also ensure target delivery.
• Monitoring team sales performance.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
• Oversees sales leads.
• Leads the sales team to maximize performance.
• Develops and executes marketing plans.
• Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the company.
• Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, ND, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree
• Must have minimum 3 years in real estate company or any related organization.
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Will be in charge of the Operations and Marketing of the company.
• The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Must be residing in Lagos or Ogun State

Salary
N240,000 to N260,000 / Month with 5 to 6% sales commission
