Job Position: Recovery / Collection Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of OND.
• Proven experience as a debt collector
• Ability to work with performance targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and recovery procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, politeness, and empathy in client interactions

Work Schedule:

• Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Break Period: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
• Work Days: Shift system (5 days a week)
