Job Position: Relationship Manager

Job Location: Egbeda. Lagos,
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Manage new and existing customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Register and bring in new clients/Members.
• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
• Setting up meetings with new clients
• Looking for new sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products & Services
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
• Encourage high-sales and good customer service.

Job Qualifications

• HND
• Experience: 4 - 6 years.

Job Requirements:

• Intuitive to customers needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A good background in sales is a plus
• Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Ability to work well with others and lead a team
• Knowledge of math and numbers
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
• self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
