We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Research Assistant

Job Location: Eti Osa, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on property markets, land use, and housing trends.
• Gather and analyze data on competitors, pricing, and customer demographics.
• Assist in feasibility studies and project planning through data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
• Support digital and field research activities, including surveys and interviews.
• Maintain databases of research findings for easy reference.
• Provide administrative support to the research and strategy team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Statistics, or related field.
• Previous experience in research, data analysis, or a related role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data tools (SPSS, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
