We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Research Project Assistant

Job Location: Ede, Osun
Duration: Two-year renewable contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Pl's calendar, meetings, and documentation
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate student research projects (BSc, MSc, PhD)
• Support grant documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Assist with budget tracking and financial summaries
• Support staff coordination and performance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Administration, or related field
• MSc in Life Sciences is an added advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information.
