Retail Cashier

Robeck Locks Limited was born in 2001 out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish lockset at affordable prices without compromise on quality, functionality and durability. Robeck Locks Limited imports and distributes a wide range of quality fashionable door lockset and assesories made of Brass, Stainless steel, Zinc, Iron and Aluminum to the trade and Construction companies. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Retail Cashier
Job Location: Lagos

Job Details

• Accurately and Efficiently operate cash registers
• Operate bar code scanning equipment
• Process payments made with cash, cheques, credit and debit cards
• Process returns and exchanges
• Issue receipt, refunds etc
• Make sales referrals, cross sell products and introduce new ones
• Interact with customers and attend to requests and complaints
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
• Keep report of transactions
• Sign up customers for loyalty reward program
• Promotes new store products
• Organises products on sales floor
• Handles POS payments
• Any other ad hoc duties as may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum OND
• Relevant work experience in as Cashier or in retail
• Basic PC Knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment i.e Cash register, scanners, money counters
• Strong communication and time Management skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Sales and Mathematical skills.
