Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is amining company engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of lithium. With a strong presence across the country, the company operates branches in Lagos, Abuja, and Nasarawa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Safety Officer
Job Location: Endo, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards at our factory in Nasarawa State.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies at the factory
• Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian safety regulations and factory safety standards
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare safety reports
• Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
• Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety procedures on site

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a factory or industrial environment
• Must have a Professional certificate(e.g. NEBOSH, ISPON, OSHA)
• Good knowledge of Nigerian HSE laws and regulations
• Strong reporting, communication, and enforcement skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
