Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
• Collaborate with our HR consulting team to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• BSc / OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HR consulting industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the HR consulting industry and its trends.
