Job Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
• The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.
• The role includes training sales staff and managing sales operations to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Not less than 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, client acquisition, or business development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
• Strong marketing strategy development and market research skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the engineering, oil, and gas, or construction industry is an advantage
