Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking self motivated, smart and experienced, female tele sales executives who is able to work in a fast paste environment.
• The tele sales executives specializes in; following up on leads to close-up sales via phone calls.
• They call leads provided by the marketing team to ensure they go through with their orders.
• The role involves holding conversations with both potential and returning customers, informing them about the orders they placed with us and convincing those who develope cold feets to see their orders through.
• They provide both sales and customer care services handling customer queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Callpotential customers from a list of generated leads.
• Ensure thosenot serious with their orders to go through with it.
• Inform the leads about their delivery and answer products related questions.
• Attend to and resolve customers' queries as they arise.
• Manage customers to ensure repeated patronage and a happy customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and other related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Must be done with NYSC.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 / Month.
