We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive / Sales Representative

Job Location: Ikoyi / Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sell and cross-sell products to customers that come into the store
• Ensure customer pick a minimum of one additional item asides the original planned item of purchase
• Provide customer with excellent customer service for a repeat sale
• Ensure delivery of products to customer within 2 days or as agreed with the customer
• Elicit all customer’s information during enquiries and for future sales
• Review records and share with digital sales executive for follow-up and marketing
• Escalate all process failure or breaches in daily reports
• Ensure adequate product knowledge to provide adequate advise to customers in offering excellent customer service
• Address clients complaint with a high level of professionalism to retain customer
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales made and all documents are raised and printed adequately and timely
• Direct marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure good customer handover between shifts.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 7 years of work experience.
