Job Position: Sales / Inventory Officer

Job Summary

• The Sales & Inventory Assistant will be responsible for attending to customers, tracking stock levels, and ensuring a well-organized showroom.
• They will support sales efforts by providing product recommendations and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product catalog and features.
• Ensure that product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
• Process sales transactions and support the cashier when required.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking.
• Conduct regular stock-taking to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving and arranging new stock in the showroom.
• Provide feedback on fast-moving or slow-moving inventory to management.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and special offers.
