Job Position: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue, and manage a sales team.
• Candidates must reside within or close to Ikota, Lekki–Ajah axis for ease of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets
• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented with good reporting discipline
• Experience in financial services, loans, or investments is an added advantage
• Proximity to Ikota / Lekki–Ajah axis is mandatory.

Compensation

• N250,000 basic salary
• Attractive commission on performance.
