Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited - Our client is an automobile parts distributor They specialize in the distribution of quality Tyres, Batteries, Rims, Vehicle Accessories for all range of Cars, Sports Utility Vehicles, Light, Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial trucks, Solid Fork lift and Earth Moving OTR Tyres. Our client has distinguished itself as a reliable and exclusive sourcing agent of top-quality brands of Passenger Cars, Pick-up, Small, Light and Heavy-duty Trucks, Agricultural Tractors, Forklifts, and other Industrial Handling Equipment.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Operations Manager

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling, organizing and directing day to day sales process in
• tandem with organization’s strategy
• Generate quality leads, presentations and close sales deals with corporate and individual customers
• Manage existing and new Key Account customers
• Maintains and updates online business platform
• Manage growing sales team
• Maintain good customer relationships and enhance loyalty
• Coordinate and manage inventory
• Delivers monthly sales target
• Provide daily reports of sales activities
• Provide monthly sales projections and forecast
• Coordinate end-to-end sales process including deliveries outside the state or region.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Social Sciences / Business or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
• The ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is a plus
• Engaging, confident, courageous and result-oriented personality
• Proven Track record of exceeding business objectives
• Field sales experience is a plus
• Experience in the Automotive, Transportation Service industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office packages and presentation skill.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
