Our company is located in Lagos and Port Harcourt, and we are seeking to engage an experienced and suitable candidate to fill the position of Head of Finance & Admin.

Job Position: Senior Finance Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Summary

• Opticom Finance Limited is a non-bank financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, offering a broad range of financial products and services.
• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Officer with a strong accounting background and at least 5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the finance unit, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage statutory remittances, tax filings, and audit preparations.
• Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure internal control procedures are strictly followed.
• Supervise junior finance staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
