Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

• This position is responsible for the management & administration of the company's Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Preparation of HR monthly reports.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Manage the company's HRIS to ensure information accuracy. 
• Manage relationship with all HR vendors.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Knowledge of and competence in HR Analytics
• Manage Employee lifecycle from hire to exit
• Has knowledge of expatriate administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5 - 7 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in payroll administration
• People oriented and results driven
• Associate member of  CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or any relevant HR Professional certification or Master's in HR Management
• Knowledge of any HIRS
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practice
• People management skills
• Self motivated individual
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
