Senior Warehouse Executive

One of the flagship companies in Nigeria's Downstream Petroleum industry, requires vibrant, resourceful and innovative individuals to strengthen our Warehouse team in an expanding market, in the position below:

Job Position: Senior Warehouse Executive
Job Location: Any City, Nigeria

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities and ensuring that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations
• Must achieve high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of products in order to efficiently achieve company's corporate objectives.
• Responsible for managing the warehouse in compliance with company's policy, planning and ensuring efficient utilization of space and generating various reports with respect to stocks, reconciliation, indent, day and and truck utilization.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university. Post graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or any other professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven work experience with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Warehouse Management. FMCG warehouse experience will be an added advantage
• Must possess highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Direct and coordinate operations with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages is an added advantage
• Not below 35 years of age.
