Job Position: Social Media Content Creator

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Minimum of 3 days in-office

Job Description

• We are seeking a female Content Creator who is passionate about wellness, understands social media trends, and can turn supplement education into "scroll-stopping" content.

Job Summary

• The Content Creator will be responsible for the end-to-end production of social media content. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be at our Ogba office at least 3 days a week to shoot with physical products, document the store environment, and collaborate with the team.
• You will be the creative voice behind our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and photos.
• On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear in videos to demonstrate product use, share wellness tips, or jump on relevant trends.
• Editing: Use tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere to create polished, energetic, and professional videos.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds, and new features to keep the brand relevant.
• Brand Storytelling: Translate complex herbal supplement benefits into simple, relatable, and aesthetic content for our female audience.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align content with monthly sales goals and product launches.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-4 years experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Manager (please provide a portfolio or links to your work).
• Technical Skills: Expert-level skills in mobile video editing (CapCut is a must) and graphic design (Canva).
• Equipment: Must have a high-quality smartphone camera and knowledge of basic lighting/audio for video.
• Creativity: A "vibe-focused" eye for aesthetics and the ability to write catchy captions and hooks.
• Communication: Excellent command of English and Pidgin (to relate with our diverse Nigerian audience).
• Proximity: Ability to commute to Ogba, Lagos, at least 3 times a week.
• Gender Preference: Female (Due to the nature of our products and target audience)

Salary
Salary: N120,000 - N150,000 / Month based on the quality of your portfolio and experience.
