Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage our online presence and create compelling content that increases brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Design graphics and edit photos/videos using Canva, CapCut, and Lightroom
• Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Schedule and manage content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Later
• Manage daily community engagement, comments, and direct messages
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for menus, events, and special offers
• Track content performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies using analytics tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Stay up to date with social media trends and hospitality marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media or Content Manager
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Lightroom for content creation
• Strong experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
• Skilled in analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
