About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Executive who can help our clients expand their digital impact, build meaningful communities, and drive growth through smart content execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok).
• Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with content, influencer marketing, and video production teams to create compelling content and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and generate weekly and monthly social media analytics reports.
• Research industry trends and relevant strategies to stay ahead of market shifts and remain relevant.
• Engage communities through comments, messages, stories, and live interactions.
• Identify creative trends for content repurposing and human-centric storytelling.
• Assist in organising and amplifying campaigns.
• Suggest data-driven ideas for audience growth, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Strong writing skills with a knack for tone adaptation (professional, friendly, witty).
