Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and drive engagement.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and tags promptly and professionally.
• Increase social media followers and engagement through innovative campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that strengthen brand awareness.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content and strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the food or retail industry.
• Strong grasp of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset for content creation and social media engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is advantageous.
