Job Description

• A talent management company is searching for a social media manager with experience and creative ideas to join its team.
• The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
• This position requires an undying passion on growth in both social media and the digital space at large. We are looking for a very active and skilful social media manager who can use positive brilliance, personal intelligence and is street smart enough to spin up & boost our online presence on our behalf. Duties
We are looking for someone who:

• Ensures client satisfaction by listening to the needs of the client, proffering solutions immediately where available, and building a good relationship for referrals.
• Create visuals and captions for social media.
• Implement and Monitor social media ad campaigns.
• Publish content on the Agency’s social media accounts.
• Work with the international marketing team to devise social media strategies as part of wider campaigns.
• Create internal social media campaign plans and content calendars.
• Provide in-depth reporting, insights, and analytics for ads and campaigns.
• Communicate and work closely with artists and management teams to ensure seamless execution of social campaigns.
• Stay informed on emerging trends/tools and provide updates to internal teams.
• Attend industry events, gigs, and concerts on behalf of the agency to capture content.
• Track and optimize content to improve results and grow audiences.
• Has verifiable experience in selling Social Media and Digital solutions, products or services across various sectors.
• Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media campaigns.
• 3+ years in active social media management / marketing.
• Must have a strong passion for innovation, popular culture, content creation and possess abilities of quick thinking & decision-making.
• Familiar & Mastery of various social media and content creation tools.
• Must reside in Lagos.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
