We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure timely content delivery and respond to audience engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance, adjust strategies, and optimize growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to align content with campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to maintain an innovative approach.
• Engage and interact with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting on ad performance.

Requirements

• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
