Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive brand visibility for our import and export business.
• The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow online communities, and generate leads that convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Design basic graphics and short-form video content for product promotion.
• Manage social media ads and track campaign performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage online engagement.
• Grow followers, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor trends in import/export, logistics, and trade markets.
• Provide monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a business brand.
• Strong content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is an advantage).
• Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager).
• Understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within or close to Ajao Estate, Lagos.
