The company engages in the delivery of cosmetic procedures, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments, aimed at enhancing physical appearance and overall wellbeing.The clinic also offers general healthcare services, ensuring the promotion of preventive and curative health management. In addition, Reverse Aesthetics Limited undertakes hair transplant and restoration procedures, as well as dental cosmetic and general dental treatments, utilizing modern technology and professional expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team.

Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the clinic’s online presence across all digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, skilled in digital storytelling, and capable of driving engagement, visibility, and client conversions through effective content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strong social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging visual and written content that aligns with the clinic’s brand.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and sales.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages professionally, and manage online reputation.
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly analytics reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with service promotions and events.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 6 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Highly proficient in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month
