Job Position: Solutions Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking for individuals conversant in both technology and business with a passion for helping drive digital transformation
• The Solution Engineer designs, implements, and supports assigned IT systems, services, and environments
• This includes responsibility for overall health, capacity, and performance
• This position participates on IT related projects and is expected to ensure that solutions proposed and implemented meet the demands of the firm and align with technology standards and governance
• The successful candidate for this position must have strong analytical skills and be able to own technical issues through to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Degree;
• CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration required (CCNA Minimum Qualification)
• Must have demonstrable experience with unified communications equipment and software, with a high emphasis on hands-on operational skills
• Have learned knowledge the following based on specialty; routing, switching, site surveys, video endpoints, video infrastructure, QOS, Core Unified Communications, Enterprise Content Management, Presence and or Customer contact applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager ANDOR Unity Connection Preferred Skills Communications Manager Jabber Presence Cisco Video solutions
