Sterling Homes Limited is a real estate development and management firm incorporated and registered as a limited liability company in Nigeria. It commenced business shortly after incorporation and has its office at Plot 2 , River Valley Estate, Ojodu Berger, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Freelance Marketing Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinating and dealing with the physical requirements of all our marketing operations.
• Initiate marketing activity in a bid to drive sales.
• Manage an independently generated database of clients on behalf of the company.
• Meet monthly target and surpass.
• Represent the company and sell its product online and offline.
• Work independently with little or no supervision.

Requirements

• Must be passionate about Marketing
• Must be ambitious and ready to think outside the box
• Must be Resident within Lagos.
• Experience in Marketing is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills is considered vital.
• Minimum qualification is OND/NCE
