• At least 3 years plus proven experience of as a stock controller or inventory manager within the hospitality industry
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Working knowledge of inventory management softwares.
• Strong knowledge and Active participation in inventory audits
• Excellent organization skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• BSC in Business Administration
