Responsibilities
Asset financing:


  • Develop and implement strategies to facilitate asset financing for our vehicle partners, ensuring that sufficient capital is available to support business operations and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, associations and corporate bodies who are interested in financing vehicles to put on the Shuttlers Platform
  • Collaborate with financial institutions, banks, and investors to create attractive financing packages that meet the needs of our vehicle partners and customers.
  • Evaluate financial risks and potential returns associated with asset financing opportunities, presenting well-researched recommendations to the management team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financing partners, fostering long-term collaborations for mutual benefit.
  • Develop Plans in partnership with existing partners to grow their fleet of vehicles on the Shuttlers platform through asset financing or organic growth (increased investment).

Bus partner network expansion:

  • Upsell current bus partners network on the platform
  • Identify and create strategic partnerships with bus partner networks and associations to increase the supply pipeline
  • Establish relationships within the transport sector to drive visibility for Shuttlers.
  • Generate and acquire leads to increase supply pipeline

Partnerships with new leasing and fleet management companies:

  • Proactively seek out and qualify new opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential vehicle partners.
  • Acquire individuals, fleet managers, businesses or leasing companies that have access to a fleet of vehicles to sign up on the Shuttlers platform as vehicle partners.
  • Lead commercial discussions with potential vehicle partners to build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with new vehicle partners aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with Shuttlers.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new bus partners into our network.

Partnerships with manufacturing companies:

  • Conduct market research to identify key manufacturing companies within relevant industries and sectors.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with manufacturing companies to explore collaborative opportunities, such as joint ventures or supply agreements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align manufacturing capabilities with the company's product roadmap and innovation initiatives.
  • Facilitate the establishment of strategic partnerships with manufacturing companies to enhance the efficiency and quality of our supply chain

Relationship management:

  • Foster strong relationships with vehicle partners through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Identify and address any issues that may lead to churn among vehicle partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of existing partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner contributions.
  • Implement and manage value-adding vehicle partner programs to maximize opportunities for revenue and market share growth.
  • Measure, manage, and improve partner performance against negotiated SLA's and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in sales or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a highly productive sales and partner acquisition team.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across partner teams and at every level within an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Must understand Asset Financing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • High learning velocity and passion for sales
  • Must have sales experience.

Salary
N800,000 Monthly.
