TeamAce Limited - Our client, an HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Position: Recruitment Intern (Corpers Only)
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Job Description
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms
- Source and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- At least one year of recruitment or HR experience
- MUST be an NYSC Corp member in search of a PPA
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Lagos before starting work (Required).
Salary
- N50,000 monthly.
