Job Position: Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

• The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical functions of an organization to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• This role manages teams involved in system maintenance, infrastructure support, technical service delivery, and process optimization.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or Business Administration and other relevant academic credentials 8 years of experience in technical operations, engineering, or systems support, including supervisory roles
• Must possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification and Certified Operations Manager (COM)
• Familiarity with compliance, safety, and risk management
