We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Telemarketer (Female)

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We Need You To

• Set up and oversee our consumer lending team.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish
• Hitting agreed sales KPIs
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research, outreach and partner with organisations and individuals to provide our services to them.
• Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
• Generate and develope a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
• Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products & services
• Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a B2B client-facing role
• Should have experience in a similar role in a fintech company or financial institution i.e Ren money, piggyvest etc

Salary
N50,000 / Month
