Job Position: Telesales Agent

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for Telesales Agents who are energetic, persuasive, and experienced in driving sales within the fintech industry. If you’re confident on the phone and ready to join a goal-driven team, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products and services.
• Clearly communicate product value propositions and address customer objections.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective persuasion and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate call logs, sales records, and customer details.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and challenges to improve processes.
• Uphold professionalism, compliance, and excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Must have prior Telesales experience in a Fintech company.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to remain confident and motivated despite rejection.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
• Good data entry and CRM skills.
• Must reside within Ogba/Ikeja or 40 minutes away (Lagos Mainland).
• Willingness to work Mondays through Sundays on a shift schedule.
• Available for immediate employment.

Salary
N110.000Monthly (Nett).
note: If you work on weekends, you will receive N5,000 in cash
