We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Topographic Representative
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts

Description

• Monitor the topographic activities in the areas of densification of the survey control, using existing geodetic control by relative GPS satellite survey methods.
• The topographic representative is to monitor the compliance of the acquisition Contractor’s survey activities to the laid down standards.
• Quality check the closures of all seismic lines cut and traversed.

Job Requirements

• Should be a registered Surveyor (for topographic rep)
• Ten (10) years experience in managing all aspects of large 2D or 3D seismic acquisition programs including planning, operations, technical and HES functions in a variety of terrains and environments.
• Experience managing a team
• Demonstrable experience with seismic acquisition including QA / QC processes and procedures on a minimum of five (5) comparable seismic projects.
• Experienced in QA/QC of 2D or 3D seismic operations including field processing and seismic acquisition contractor recording and processing systems.
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards for 2D and 3D seismic operations.
