UNITes Cisco Networking Academy is an ICT company which endeavours to provide the highest standard of ICT for trainings for Corporate Organizations, Educational Sector and Individuals. Therefore, we require Training Business Manager of the highest quality who is fully qualified to join our team.

Training Business Manager

• Identifying, pitching for and winning training business with diverse clients.
• Develop proposals for training courses for corporate organizations and respond effectively to leading proposals and pitch meetings
• Identify opportunities to develop the training business and design and deliver new courses in response to market needs.
• Understand clients’ training requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions. Identify training and development needs through training needs analysis.
• Design blended training materials, courses and programmes and produce related training materials.
• Manage the training budget to include planning, forecasting and monthly reconciliation and the development of pricing models to ensure competitiveness. 
• Plan and facilitate the monthly/quarterly/annual training programmes. Source for external facilitators when compulsory.

Academic Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in discipline
• Must be experienced in ICT trainings  
• Recognized professional Certifications is an added advantage
• Demonstrate experience in developing, facilitating and evaluating ICT training programs.
• Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with external organizations and individual
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
