Job Position: Travel Consultant

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Travel Consultant with strong expertise in student advisory, travel documentation, and visa support services.
• The ideal candidate must have previously worked with a travel and tour company and be familiar with end-to-end processes for study travel, tourism, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional student advisory services, including guidance on study destinations, program options, and application requirements.
• Manage travel documentation such as admission processing, visa applications, appointment bookings, biometrics preparation, and related paperwork.
• Handle client inquiries, offer tailored travel solutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with students and travelers to ensure seamless processing and timely submission of documents.
• Stay updated on visa rules, embassy requirements, and international travel trends.
• Promote travel packages, offers, and services to prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and travel industry standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably within a travel and tour company.
• Strong background in student advisory, admissions support, and visa documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
