Description

• Are you an ambitious young professional with strong entrepreneurial skills? Do you have a passion for logistics and transport operations? If so, we are looking for YOU to join our dynamic team as a Management Trainee in our Transport & Logistics division!

Core Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations of passengers, buses, trucks, and shipments.
• Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
• Implementing digital tools to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Driving profitability and optimizing the overall performance of the subsidiary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BA, BSc, or HND
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transport operations with a proven track record of digitizing processes.
• Independent, driven, and entrepreneurial young men and women (26 years or younger) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our business.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software; must be computer savvy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be trained and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
