BMILLZ Nigeria Limited is a fast growing hospitality establishment that deal on training, recruiment and all round hospitality needs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Waitress

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Upselling additional products is often part of this role.
• Service: Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Table and Dining Area Maintenance: Set and reset tables, clear away used dishes, and maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic dining area.
• Payment Processing: Prepare bills and process payments, handling cash or credit card transactions and returning change.
• Problem-solving: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members, including kitchen and bar staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Physical endurance for long periods of walking and standing.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and safety standards.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month.
