Job Position: Graduate Sales Trainee
Job Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (on-site)

Job Summary

• As a Graduate Trainee Sales Officer at Winock Solar, you will be part of a structured development program designed to build your skills in sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy solutions.
• You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities, engaging customers, and closing deals that expand access to clean energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Winock Solar’s structured graduate trainee program, combining classroom training with practical field experience.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and converting leads into paying customers.
• Educate customers on Winock Solar’s products, services, and flexible financing options.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and track industry trends.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet sales targets and performance milestones set for the training period.
• Represent the company professionally, upholding Winock Solar’s values and customer-first approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, renewable energy, and sustainable development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
