Pivotage Consulting - Our Client, an award winning brand and advertising agency, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Service Manager

Location: Lagos

Overall Function
You shall be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings, including presentation of new creative work, strategic POVs, and analytical reports.
• Responsible for developing client relationship and closing the ‘sale’.
• Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications.
• Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations.
• Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
• Work with the creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research and constantly learn new technology.
• Facilitate resolution of any issues on client work.
• Assess opportunities and competitive activities for clients.
• Implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients.

Job Requirements
A suitable candidate must:

• Have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in any related field
• Have passion for client satisfaction
• Be innovative and creative
• Be goal oriented
• Have significant experience in a brand and advertising agency
• Have excellent communication skills (both writing and oral)
