Production Manager

Human Edge Limited - Our client, a newly founded company scheduled to go operational in November using a uniquely innovative approach to production of fish feed. Starting with a staff strength of some 37 people in 2017, the company aspires to an output of 20,000 tons per annum from 5 strategically located plants nationwide by 2020. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Manager 

Job Location: Epe, Lagos

Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for planning and organizing production schedules for outputs that meet quality spec, on-time and within budget cost.
2. Because this job oversees staff who work on Saturdays and Sundays, it has an ‘on call’ element to it.
3. This position reports to the Plant Director

Qualification & Experience

Degree holder with minimum 3 years management experience in a similar position in a labor-intensive production environment
