Job Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Lagos

Required Qualification and Qualities

• A University Degree of Mass Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Communications or any Social Science course with a minimum of 5 years cognate work experience preferably in the educational industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs

Job Description

• Advise management on policy issues and communication strategies.
• Plan publicity strategies and campaigns.
• Ensuring a positive reflection of the School to the public at large.
• Plan public relations programmes including preparing cost budgets.
• Organize and manage the School’s corporate events. Maintain cordial relationships with the various stakeholders.
• Liaise with the media.
• Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house’ journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.
